The NSW Chapter of the Australian Aerobatics Club is holding a training camp at Narromine Airfield w/e of 8 June (see below message). If you are interested in taking part, we will make VH-NZT available for our current and former SCAA pilots. The more pilots we have sharing the aircraft 'ferry costs', the more cost effective the training camp becomes. If there's 3 pilots or more committed to going, I will come along to support and coach (for free!). If you are serious about getting into an 'aerobatic competition', in 2026, i.e. the QLD State Championships at Watts Bride in August, this will be an extremely valuable training camp for you, as well as having great opportunity to meet and have fun with like minded pilots. Congratulations to Alex Lockhart, Flynn Kuiters, Harrison Plath, Jacob Wakerley and Simon Hawkins on successfully completing our SPRT Course, and their CASA SPIN Endorsements at Sunshine Coast Aerobatics Academy. Congratulations to Chris Godden on successfully completing our 4 day intensive aerobatics course. The increase in Chris's piloting skills and confidence, over the 4 days, was clearly visible. He was able to overcome some minor motion sickness in the early stages and from then on he progressed quickly.
